This is a crochet mermaid tail for a doll. You can get the pattern for the doll here.

I love how this crochet mermaid tail uses shell stitches to make a texture just like shells.

I get my superfine yarn at Michels. The brand name is Woolike. It is super soft and is great for making doll clothes. I only wish they had more colors.
